TBC CP GIFTS ON TARGET

By Baptist and Reflector

FRANKLIN — Tennessee Baptist Convention churches  gave $3,089,572 through the Cooperative Program in August.

For the year to date, Tennessee Baptists have given $29,118,629. The amount is $213,044 or 0.7 percent below what was given over the same time frame last year and is $48,038 or 0.16 percent below budget needs.

With two months to go in the 2022-23 budget year, Randy C. Davis, president and executive director of the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board, is optimistic that Tennessee Baptists will respond to the challenge and meet this year’s budget.

“I am confident that Tennessee Baptists will rise to the occasion and give faithfully and generously to support Great Commission ministry causes in our state and around the world,” Davis said. B&R
