TBC CP GIFTS AHEAD OF NEW BUDGET

cplogoBRENTWOOD — Tennessee Baptist Convention churches gave $3,234,452 through the Cooperative Program in December.

For the year-to-date, Tennessee Baptists have given a total of $6,158,716 to fund missions and ministries in Tennessee and around the world.

After two months of the 2016-17 budget year, Cooperative Program gifts are up $8,571 or 0.1 percent over the same time frame last year.

In addition, gifts are $325,383 or 5.58 percent over current budget needs.

“Cooperative Program giving through the first two months of our fiscal year is strong,” said Randy C. Davis, president and executive director of the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board.

“These Great Commission financial resources are helping advance the gospel throughout Tennessee and around the globe,” he noted.

“I am grateful to some of the  most generous people in the world. Thank you Tennessee Baptists for your steadfast gifts through the Cooperative Program.”
