NASHVILLE — Ronnie Floyd, president of the Southern Baptist Convention, is urging Tennessee pastors to bring their congregations to a Feb. 25 worship service in Nashville to seek revival in America.

In a letter to pastors, Floyd said he will be “sharing a biblical vision for revival, renewal, and spiritual awakening” during the meeting held in conjunction with the annual convention of the National Religious Broadcasters.

The service, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 7 p.m. at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, and will include pastor/broadcaster Alistair Begg and musical group Selah.

NRB President Jerry Johnson said his organization is “honored” to host Floyd and “thrilled to invite area SBC pastors, leaders, and church members to join us.”

NRB 2015 International Christian Media Convention, Feb. 23-26, is expected to draw 4,000 media professionals from across the world. In addition to Floyd, other Southern Baptists speaking at the convention will be David Platt, Ed Stetzer, Robert Jeffress, and Owen Strachan.
