TENNESSEANS TO SERVE ON SBC ENTITIES, COMMITTEES

NEW ORLEANS — Several Tennessee Baptists were elected to serve on Southern Baptist Convention committees and entities during the annual meeting of the convention last week in New Orleans.

The Committee on Committees chose two Tennessee Baptists to serve on the 2023 Committee on Nominations — Mark Puckett, First Baptist Church, Tullahoma, and Joan Cook, First Baptist Church, Joelton.

Erin D. “Dani” Bryson, First Baptist Church, Dickson, was elected to serve another term expiring in 2027 on the SBC Executive Committee.

Matthew A. Grove, Redemption City church, Franklin, was elected to serve a term expiring in 2027 on the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission.

Sam E. Greer, pastor, Red Bank Baptist Church, Chattanooga, was elected to serve another term expiring in 2027 on the International Mission Board. B&R
