SEEKING CHRIST-CENTERED ANSWERS TO ABORTION QUESTIONS

The recently penned House Bill 570, which calls for women seeking abortion procedures to potentially be charged with murder, has sparked much debate, even among Christ-followers. Although the bill failed to come to a vote due to lack of support in the Population Health Subcommittee on March 10, advocacy groups say the bill could be revived in 2027. So, where should Christians stand on the issue? Below are three editorials that explore the prevailing pro-life perspectives on this legislation from within the Tennessee Baptist community.
